Why we need Anonymous Diversity Information.

We want to make sure that we involve people equally in the work that we do. The information you give us on this form will help us to find out if we are missing anyone out when we inform and / or involve people. This means we can then take steps to involve these groups in our future work.

How we use Anonymous Diversity Information.

Your information will be grouped under the equality categories in the questionnaire. This tells us how many people answered from each equality category. No personal data that could lead people to recognise you will be published or shared with any other organisation. The information you give on this form is kept separately from your personal data.

You do not have to answer every question.  There is a “prefer not to answer” box.
