Sore Knee – Self Manage Your Symptoms
Sore Knee – this site can help. You can watch exercise demonstrations and print and save rehabilitation advice
The site has been developed by NHS Lothian to help people get immediate advice and information on how to manage their symptoms safely. After answering questions about your current knee symptoms you will be offered advice on the most effective way to manage your knee. This will be in the form of tailored advice and/or exercise sheets, supported by colour photographs and video clips of exercises. You may revisit the site and retake the questionnaire if your symptoms change to get the most up to date and accurate advice.
